Replacement |

Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported. |

Remove the wheel cap (A).
|
3. |
Remove the front wheel and tire (A) from front hub.
|
4. |
Remove the rear lower arm protector. |
5. |
Loosen the lower arm (A) mounting bolt and nut. And then remove the lower arm form the rear carrier.

6. |
Loosen the mounting bolt and nut. And then separate the shock absorber from the lower arm.
|
7. |
Loosen the lower arm mounting bolt & nut properly with
sub frame. Pull the lower arm in the direction of a down and then remove
the coil spring (A).

8. |
Installation is the reverse of removal. |
9. |
Check the rear alignment.

Inspection |
1. |
Check the spring for distortion, aging or damage. |
2. |
Check the spring upper pad and lower pad for aging or damage. |
