Hyundai Sonata: Dual Clutch Transmission Control System / Input shaft speed sensor 1 Repair procedures

Removal
1.
Remove the air cleaner assembly and air duct.
(Refer to Engine Mechnical System - "Air cleaner")
2.
Remove the TCM.
(Refer to Dual Clutch Transmission Control System - "TCM")
3.
Remove the battery and tray.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")
4.
Remove the clutch actuator.
(Refer to Dual Clutch Transmission Control System - "Clutch Actuator")
5.
Disconnect the input shaft speed sensor (A).

6.
Remove the input shaft speed sensor after removing the bolt (A-2ea).

Installation
1.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
   
Before installing the input speed sensor,check the assembled state of the O-rings (A) and should apply gear oil to the surface of O- rings.
