Hyundai Sonata: Front Bumper / Radiator Grill Repair procedures

Replacement
   
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
   
When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver or use a prying trim tool, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
1.
Remove the front bumper cover.
(Refer to Front Bumper - "Front Bumper Cover")
2.
Remove the mounting clip (A) and then remove the front bumper energy absorber (B).

3.
Remove the pantoscopic camera.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Pantoscopic Camera")
4.
Loosen the radiator grill mounting screws.
5.
Unlock the lock pins by pushing it up with a screwdriver or remover and then remove the radiator grill (A).

6.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
   
Replace any damage clips.
