Replacement

•	Put on gloves to protect your hands.

•	When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver or use a prying trim tool, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.

•	Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.

•	Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.	Remove the front seat assembly. (Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")

2.	Remove the front seat outer shield cover. (Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Outer Shield Cover")

3.	Remove the front seat shield inner cover. (Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Shield Inner Cover")

Remove the front seat headrest (A).

?Headrest separation method

1)	Push the LH headrest guide locking button (2).

2)	Insert a pin into the hole of the RH headrest guide and push the hidden lock plate (3).

3)	Remove the front seat headrest (A).

5.	Remove the elastic strap (A) from the cushion frame.

Remove the front seat back board (A).

•	Grasp the both lower sides of the back board with hands and lift upward in the direction of the arrow (1).

•	As the back board is being lifted up, at the same time, pull the back board in the direction of the arrow (2).

7.	Remove the front seat air ventilation seat back duct (A).

8.	Turn the front seat back cover inside out. Then pull out the headrest guides (A) while pinching both side of the lower part of the guides, and remove them.

9.	Pull out the protecter (A) by the front seat back frame.

10.	Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat back frame.

After removing the velcro tape (A) and clips (B) on the front of seat back and remove the front seat back cover (C).

•	Be careful not to allow the sponge insert wire to separated in its place.

12.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	To prevent wrinkles, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the cover (B) before securing the clips (A).

•	Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C) (09880-4F000).
