Rear Seat Belt Retractor Components and Components Location

1. Rear seat belt retractor [LH]
2. Rear seat belt retractor [RH]

Rear Seat Belt Retractor Repair procedures

Replacement
   
•
When installing the belt, make sure not to damage the retractor.
1.
Remove the rear package tray trim.
(Refer to Interior Trim - "Rear Package Tray Trim")
2.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the rear seat belt lower anchor (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

[RH]

3.
After loosening the retractor (A) mounting bolt, remove the rear seat belt (B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
[LH]

[RH]

4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Replace any damaged clips.

Replacement
   
•

Remove the rear package tray trim.

After loosening the retractor (A) mounting bolt, remove the rear center seat belt (B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.8 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Replace any damaged clips.

1. Rear seat belt buckle [RH]
2. Rear seat belt buckle [LH]

Rear Seat Belt Buckle Repair procedures

Replacement
1.
Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.
Loosen the mounting bolt, and then remove the rear seat belt buckle (A).
[LH]
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

[RH]
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
