Repair procedures

Replacement

•	Put on gloves to protect your hands.

•	When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver or use a prying trim tool, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.

•	Take care not to scratch the body surface.

1.	Open the fuel filler door cap (A).

After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the fuel filler door (A).

•	Pull out from inside of the packing part when removing the fuel filler door housing.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	Make sure the fuel filler door locks / unlocks and opens / closes properly.

•	Replace any damaged clips.
